- We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely. If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days. If an order is lost, we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.

- We do not ship to International countries, we only ship with in the USA.
Return Policy: We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:
- Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
- Defective Item - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately. Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.
